What is prop trading, simply put?

Prop trading is when a trader trades a firm’s capital instead of their own. The firm provides the funds and the platform; the trader provides the skill, follows the firm’s rules, and shares in the profits. At QT Funded, the funded account is simulated, but the profit split is paid in real cash.

Do I trade real money at QT Funded?

No — funded accounts are simulated, mirroring live market data. You don’t risk real client funds. Profits you generate above the firm’s share are paid out to you in real cash on the published payout cycle.

How much can I get funded with?

You can stack up to $300K total allocation across funded accounts. Single-evaluation sizes go up to $200K depending on the plan.

What’s the profit split?
